This powered USB hub required a compact enclosure that could protect the PCB, keep the external connections accessible, and remain easy to assemble. We developed an extruded aluminum housing with internal guide slots that hold the PCB securely in position without requiring a separate mounting frame.
The removable aluminum end panel was secured with screws and precision machined for two USB Type-A ports, a Mini-USB connection, and a DC power input. The enclosure was completed with a durable blue finish. Its dimensions, connector cutouts, surface finish, and printed markings can be adapted to different PCB layouts and product branding requirements.
